Q: I’m not very much into computers. Can you help me move my site from my previous hosting provider?

Q: I want my website to have German IP address, as I heard it helps to rank better in German search engines. Can you offer that?

Q: Can I install an SSL certificate for my site?

A: SSL certificates can be installed for your website, but you will need a separate IP address for a small extra charge to do so. You can purchase SSL certificates from us or any other trusted certificate provider. If this is too technical for you, we can install the certificate for you for just $1. Q: Do I get SSH access with my web hosting account?

A: If you are using our shared hosting, SSH access is only included in our Elite plan. You might, however, want to consider getting yourself VPS or dedicated server.
